Hi Sara,
Slip ups happen. Today you learned some lessons that will help you be successful in the days to come.
You are exactly right, planning is a must. So go ahead right now and plan out your shakes and food for tomorrow (and the day after that), that way there'll be no surprises or slips to keep you from your goal.

Also, just to make sure........ you're using the Body Protein and the Fat Flush Kit, right?

Tomorrow's going to be a better day. Good luck and keep us posted on how you're doing!

You really need to address your fear of failure. Is it a fear or a lack of committment? You are the only one who is in control of your own actions. Like I tell my kids, you have to live with your decisions, so you'd better know why you made them.

I've read your other posts, it really doesn't sound like a fear to me, but more a confusion of the program and wanting faster results. If you have read the FF Plan - reread the book when you are having cravings. Understand why you are doing what you are doing. Don't make excuses or try to explain to anyone what you did. You can screw up your diet plan, but the know why you made those choices is the key. Telling yourself, I slipped yesterday I'm not going to slip today. Refocus.

Journal - Journal - and Journal. Get the FF Plan Journal and Shopping guide and take it with you everwhere you go. Read the OK foods when you have a craving, to avoid things that aren't on your list.

Remember you get all the vegetables you want - I really recommend having cleaned veggies is sandwhich bags ready to grab at a moments notice. I stock mine for a week at a time, that way I'm ready to go as I run out the door.

You can do this, but the committment is yours to make.

In the long run, the most important thing is getting right back on track.
Michelle is right about being prepared. Have some quick back ups in the freezer.

Hi Ladies,
I appreciate the support and your all right getting back to it is what matters most!
I just got the body protien and fat flush kit today!
Also after reading and really hearing it, i finally realized what i have been doing in the last 7yrs of my life and why i was not successful. I was always "trying" new diets. Is it gonna work for me, maybe thus other one will? This is what i have always said to myself.
When i read this statement "Trying is the lowest form of commitement " , it hit me hard and then i realized that all i have been doing is trying. I never really commited to any one diet.
This will be the first time!

I would like to share some results i have seen outside of weight loss:

I use to have severe migraines 2-3 times daily. i can now gladly see that i cant remember the last time i did have a migraine, that in itself is a miracle!

I feel like a real me now, i dont know how to explain this. I feel like i think more clearly, like im not making hasty decisions because i have a craving. Truth is that as time went on, it was easier not to eat what my friends or family were eating.

My favorite result was this:
I have always had horrible craps. i would have to call in sick to work and i would sit in bed, crying and taking medication all day, i was cranky, irritated, impatient, frutrated, you name it. I was praying for the day to come that i would have a normal period. I have been eating most off of the fat flush plan for about a month now and it was about the time that i should expect to start and i didnt have many of the usual symptoms. Im so HAPPY to say, that my craps are literally gone compared to what they use to be. I now feel like i have a "normal" period!

Wow, great results! Some of the best results are not related to weight loss at all, but a feeling of wellness! Cool! And once your body starts to feel more normal, the weight will start to fall away too!
Be prepared, take your supps, eat according to plan and before you know it, Tada, a whole NEW, you!!!

Keep posting and keep journalling and keep FLUSHING!!!!

Sara I came here today to mainly checked on you. I've been thinking of you all weekend and wondering what I could do to help motivate. I can read your posts and know that you really do want to succeed. You really are just not always clicking on the most important parts.

I really want you to do this for you. Not for anyone else. You need to know that you deserve it! You said your dad was making you more accountable on your budget, that's can go great along with this.

Please check in often. Your small successes will be your ultimate reward and there will be a day soon that that someone you were hoping would reach over and tell you how proud of you they are for your hard work. There is always someone each of us wants to make a difference with. Do it for yourself that reward will be there!

Wink Hi mlb

Hi, I really appreciate your concern! I must say that after reading your last message, i realized that i always just try. Not just in dieting but in everything i do. So i promised myself that from now on i wont try anymore, i will commite to it and get it done, despite any feelings i may have. I thought about a wedding vow, how horrible would it be to say i will try to love you for better or worse, i will also try in sickness and in health but no promise i will follow through. That would truly just be the most horrible thing.

I know that that first message you wrote me on ths blog miight have been tough for you to write but i truely appreciate it and i must say, it has given me a new outlook on everything.
I am proud to say i have been shaking perfectly since monday because i realized this is what is best for me, this is what i really want and no one can take that from me but me!

Thank you, i look forward to taking my measurements in two weeks and i base that on the fact that my success each day determines the outcome of those measuremts! I really appreciate you stick with me and not giving up on me!

~~Sara M.
