BTW...did you know chia seeds can be eaten whole (unlike flaxseeds) and still receive their full nutritional benefit?

I found Chia Seeds in the bulk section of Whole Foods for $11.99/lb. Much cheaper!

If you live out in the sticks and don't have a healthfood store close you can find organic chia seeds at nutonline for about $10.00 per pound. shipping is expensive though.

If you look on Amazon you can find them there too. If you order more than $25.00 worth you qualify for free shipping as long as you choose ones that specificially say the "qualify for free super saver shipping". Granted the super saver shipping might take 2-4 weeks to arrive but its free hence why I now have 6 lbs of chia seeds LOL!

Amazon has several sights for Chia. I bought some for $5 a lb when I placed a bulk order.

I buy my Chia seed, flax seed, FSO, and concentrated cranberry juice from Vitacost.com The shipping is only $4.99 flat rate. It's like one stop shopping for all of my FF supplies.
