Miracle Juice for Sequel

Hi,

I just finished the fast and on my sequel. Can I consume Miracle juice mixed with carrot or orange juice once or twice duirng sequel and later on also. Does it has some adverse effect?

I don't know that it would have "adverse effects", but Dr. Gittleman is very strong in her recommendation that the Miracle Juice is for use only on the Fast Track Fast Day.

It sure is a wonderful juice, isn't it!
Keep us posted on how you're doing with your sequel.....
