FTDD Start (day 1)
Measurements: bust: 37 waist:31 hips:39.5 thighs:24 weight:143.5 FAST DAY START Measurements: bust:37 waist:29 hips:38.5 thighs:23.75 weight:137.5 FAST DAY END Measurements: bust:37 waist:29 hips:38.5 thighs:23.75 weight:136.5 FTDD End (day 11) Measurements: bust:37 waist:28.5 hips:38.5 thighs:23.75 weight:136.5 Total change in inches: 3.75 inches Total change in weight: 7 lbs These 11 days were no walk in the park. It was a lot of hardwork and willpower. But the results are worth it! Overall, I really enjoyed the program. It was a great start to lose those last 20 pounds, but it was more than just the weight. I felt my body and mindset "shift" a bit during the 11 days. I feel healthier. And I was surprised how easy the fast day was I wasn't hungry at all and had plenty of energy (for me the next morning was harder as my body tried to adjust to food --- I was queasy for hours!). Not sure if I'll proceed to the Fat Flush Plan or if I'll just incorporate the basis of this plan into my everyday diet until I hit my goal weight, but either way, I think I'll complete this 11-day detox program a few times a year just to get back on track. |

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!A MIRACLE JUST OCCURED . GOT ON THE SCALE. I ACTUALLY LOST 12.4 POUNDS SINCE THE CRUISE. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW SHOCKED AND HAPPY I AM. IM FINALLY ON MY WAY. THANK YOU ALL. ALL IVE BEEN DOING (ALMOST) FAITHFULLY IS IN THE A.M. - ITS CRANBERRY JUICE COCKTAIL, LEMON JUICE HOT WATER, EGGS, 1/2 GRAPEFRUIT WITH PLAIN ORGANIC YOGERT SPRINKLED WITH STEVIA PLUS. IVE STARTED FROM A VERY DIFFUCULT START ON THE TREADMILL FOR 5 MINUTES HUFFING AND PUFFING AND NOW I AM UP TO 45 MINUTES WITHOUT THINKING IM ON MY WAY TO A HEART ATTACK.
YES AND I CUT OUT ALL THE CHOCOLATE, CAFFEINE, GREEN TEA, WHEAT, AND ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS. CAN YOU IMAGINE. 12.4 POUNDS. WOW I ONLY AM TAKING BABY STEPS TO THE FAT FLUSH PLAN. THESE SMALL CHANGES MAKE SUCH A DIFFERENCE. I HAVE A VERY BUSY LIFESTYLE RAISING FOUR KIDS ON MY OWN AND WORKING FULL TIME. NOT TO MENTION TAKING CARE OF THE HOUSE, CAR, DOGS,CAT, SHOVELING SNOW ETC, ETC. ANYHOW - FITTING ANYTHING ELSE ON MY PLATE IS REALLY KINDA HARD. IVE BEEN READING THE FAT FLUSH BOOK AND IM LEARNING SO MUCH. |

Way to go, Deb! Look at how busy you are with work, kids, etc., AND how when your mind is made up, it's really totally possible to make healthy choices! We should really never let ourselves believe that we are too busy for health! [
] (Don't you want to say to everyone, HEY, If I can do it, SO CAN YOU!!![} ]) Yes, we have to think ahead a little, and for me this was a major change, (what about learning to get more sleep?! WOW!) but turns out I am a much happier person now that I'm healthier, and therefore I have more to give, all around. Keep up the great work!

I guess this forum is still open.
Yesterday, I got the [u]The Fast Track Detox Diet Book</u> at the health food store. In reading through, it seemed that I had been pretty close to the Prequel in that I have been on Phase I.5 for a while. So, rather than thinking about fasting, I decided to just fast!! Spring Equinox seems like a good time to fast, but it's a challenge. I've fasted before (master cleanse) and mid day often is the most difficult time for me. I am not finding the Miracle Juice to be that filling, but see what happens as the day progresses. (Insert face of hopeful uncertainty.)[B)][:I] |

I lost about 2.5 - 3 #s on the one day fast. I am giving a range as my pre fast weight was bouncing around within a pound or so. The fast was difficult until about 2 PM, and then was fine for the rest of the day. If this weight holds, I am about 2.5 pounds of my original goal loss of 25#s, that I set at teh beginnign of December. In that time, I have lost approximately: 4" around waist, 1.5" around hips, 1.5" around bust, and 1.25" around thigh. (I try not to pull the tape too tight
to skew the results!) On my first day of Sequel (today) I had a whey pancake, which was actually pretty good, although a bit dry. I think it would be easy to stew apples and add cinamimon and stevia for an applesauce topping. I would think that was allowed. Mid day, I had yogourt, which was the first dairy I've had seen the beginning of December, so I hope I do not have a reaction. Anyway, the fast did nudge me further to my goal, and in general, helped to lighten my mood. |

Great results, Spring!
Have a wonderful Sequel! BTW...the stewed apples sounds like a delicious topping for your whey pancake!

FTDD Start (day 1)
Measurements: bust: 41 waist: 33 hips: 43 thighs:26 weight: 219.4 FTDD End (day 11) Measurements: bust: 39.5 waist: 32 hips: 41 thighs: 23.75 weight: 210.7 Total change in inches: 6.75! Total change in weight: 8.7lbs! (I'm 5'9) My skin also cleared up, and I feel so much better. I think I've lost inches elsewhere too. The butt part of my jeans is pretty saggy. I'm thrilled. More than thrilled. Having struggled to lose even 1/10 of pound with an uncontrolled thyroid, I doubted I'd lose on this. but 8.7lbs! Coworkers told me my face looks slimmer and one of my friends said I look so much better and I'm starting to look like the old healthy me! I didn't take my measurements the day of the fast because of TOM, and didn't feel that they'd be accurate. Happy Detoxing! |
