This really isn't hard so far. How are the rest of you doing?

Connie,
I did well today also. I don't think it's so hard either, but we'll see tomorrow when I am at work with some stress. I did the fast before and the day I did the fast I had so much energy and felt great. Have a great week!

Congrats on breaking your plateau, Connie! (I read the other thread!) You might not think you were doing much different in two days of FT, but obviously, it doesn't take much to introduce a new food combination that can 'shake things up' just enough to get you moving again. Bet you feel Great!

I'm champing at the bit to start my fast tomorrow. All toxic symptoms (some sinus pressure and 'wooziness') are gone and I feel fine. I just know this was the right thing to do to kick my weight down a notch. Hope my expected success will prove itself when I get on the scale on Tuesday. Its been an enlightening experience, regardless.

Hi folks, checking in. Day 6 of the prequel here and feel great. Not much to report. I am looking forward to getting to the Fast day so that I can get this thing in high gear. I was pretty psyched at the sudden drop in weight, I now have 30 pounds to go and am so looking forward to FF phase 3. I am planning a phase 3 Thanksgiving and Christmas. Will check in again as Sunday draws nearer! What happened to you others (Sarah, Debbie, Mandy, Lisa) who started the prequel this last weekend? Debbie, how was it at work doing the FTDD? Since I take my lunch every day, it wasn't too hard for me. My problem is more when I am home where the no-no's are!

Well, I have to say that I think my fast day went pretty good! I really wasn't hungry. The only time I thought I was would have been when I was thinking about food. Today I started out with the teasp. of Flora Key and then 3 GI cleanse. Didn't take long before I was in the bathroom. I am assuming that to be normal. I felt a little nausious halfway through my smoothie, but that went away after going to the bathroom. I cut my fruit in half, put half in my afternoon yogurt and used the other half for my smoothie, so had a half an apple for my mid morning. Trying to get all the fiber in I can. Lunch will be a salad with applecider vinegar and flax oil dressing on it as well as a chicken breast and my two hardboiled eggs. I do feel great today, so I am thinking everything went good. Will stick to the sequel for my three days, then go back to phase 1 for a week before getting back to phase 2.
