In 2006 I joined Fat Flush, drained and exhausted, I was 230 pounds, had a one year old, and at 22 years old I was 230 pounds. It was the moment I realized I was the heaviest I had ever been. It was the moment that I realized looking at my one year old that if I didn't change my life today, then there may be less tomorrows to spend with him.

I googled. To embarassed to go to the doctor, to afraid of being "judged", I stumbled across the Fat Flush Forum. I lurked on the boards. I lurked for awhile. Then I found a group of members on the Long Haul board and found an instant connection. They didn't know I was lurking... and I found myself saying hello. I ordered the book off Amazon and started my journey.

Since then I have had two more children, and at times stumbled off my journey, but in the end I am here and I am happy to say as of this morning I am 50 pounds lighter than I was in 2006. I am missing 13 inches off my waist. I try to workout at least 4 days a week at the gym located in the office, and I can walk up 10 flights of stairs to my office. I now play softball on a team (Im not good) but I have enough energy to spare between my three busy boys, and work. The Fat Flush not only gave me inspiration to lose the weight, but it also helped me accomplish so much more in life. I had enough energy to go back to school, and as of a couple weeks ago I finally graduated with my BA in Organizational Management.

Being overweight, being tired, feeling like crap, not only affects how you look and how you feel but it affects the way you interact with the world, with your life, with your kids. It is because of Fat Flush I have gained that life back. I have been able to accomplish more. I feel unstoppable.

Thank you to all my friends here. You know I love you. I dont come on here as often as I should, but I am always in spirit cheerleading everyone else on their journey and thinking of y'all when you are struggling. Thank you for being apart of this neverending journey. You guys have helped me so much along the way. Below are my pictures, of when I first started and how I look today.

Thanks
