It ocurred to me, after seeing the response to the online chat transcript featuring Ann Louise, that my fellow forum buddies clearly relish the opportunity to hear from ALG herself.

So I thought I'd take a minute to discuss a free monthly publication, Ann Louise's Fat Flush® Advisor. This is a little e-letter ALG puts out on a monthly basis and features news, tips, and even a recipe corner (in most issues) by our own lovely Linda Shapiro. Check out this back issue:
