Hi
Just wondering about the difference b/w the fish oil Omegas and the Flax omegas. Are they interchangeable? I have never liked the fish oil b/c it repeats on me. I've been using the flax oil for awhile, but then have been hearing lots about EPA and DHA (is that the right initials?) Any thoughts? Thanks! |

HI There:
For Fat Flush purposes, the two are interchangeable as the protocol suggests. EPA and DHA are the direct EPAs that only fish oil promotes. If you think that you are EPA and DHA deficient, then, perhaps try fish oil caps (about 5 would equal the amount in one tablespoon of the oil) if you use the Super EPA from UNI KIEY. |
