Hello! Welcome. I'm writing this from Scotland and I guess there aren't many other FFers awake in the USA. I'm starting out again myself having wandered off plan for some time. Don't let that put you off though. I had huge success on the plan when I stuck to it and am already feeling a lot better since starting again. I'm sure you'll get loads of support here. I certainly did in the past and am looking forward to being a regular on the forum again. Just listen to all the advice from the moderators and have a look at some of the recipes in Charli Sorensen's picture trail. They are very inspiring. Good luck.

Hi, Rainynights, and welcome! Elspeth is right, stick to the plan, and it'll really work for you. (Elspeth, welcome back, and keep posting so we know how you do, 'k?
)To make things easier for you, find Tips for Navigating the Forum, and there you will find how to get around, information on how to change or add things to your profile, and so much more. We also have a section where almost any answer to questions you may have would probably be found-it's called the Forum Library! You can also find topics that have been discussed before, by clicking the"search" feature We must alway remember that our MOST IMPORTANT resource is our FF BOOK- even longtime flushers re-read this treasure and always find great information again and again. We have sections for challenges, personal journals and places where people post daily to report their progress so don't be shy. We'd love for you to join in and in the process, you will learn so much about yourself! When you have a chance, do read Ann Louise'sWelcome Letter. I would also highly recommend the Fat Flush Kit by Unikey. It helps support your journey to weight loss and good health.Their number is 1-800-888-4353. Let them know you are a forum member, and you will get 10% off. If you become a preferred member (by ordering at least once every thirty days), you will get 15% off. Looking forward to hearing of your progress!
