Default Food combination rules question

Hi, I'm still confused about food combination rules Since proteins such a fish, beef..do not combine well with gluten- rich grain starches, does it mean that I can't eat whole grain pasta with turkey for example? What about ezekiel bread and a chicken/turkey? Also what exactly are " gluten -rich grain starches"? Thank You very much Daniella

Hi, Daniella, and welcome to the forum!

Food combining doesen't come in until Phase 3 of the plan, so for now, not to worry.

When you have a chance, do read Ann Louise's Welcome Letter and theForum Standards and Rules of Conduct. I would also highly recommend the Fat Flush Kit by Unikey. It helps support your journey to weight loss and good health.Their number is 1-800-888-4353. Let them know you are a forum member, and you will get 10% off. Enjoy and keep on Flushing!!

Hi Cathy,
thank You but I'm already on phase 3, I did fat flush a couple months ago for detox ( I actually don't need to lose any weight) and like I said I'm confused with the combination rules. I didn't know about this forum before, that's why I didn't ask earlier. Could You explain it to me? Thank You very much.

Daniella, according to the FF Plan, p. 76, the gluten rich starches would be wheat, rye, oats, and barley. The paragraph immediately before the rules explains why she developed them and what you can avoid by following the combination rules.
