WOWI am so inspired by all the 12's,you ladies are doing awesome. This morning started out beautiful but it is raining now. I was able to get out and go for my bike ride before the rain. Donna I agree with josachi concerning the dry brushing. My family has all commented on how soft my skin is now that I started doing it. Try it you'll like it[].Yesterday was an Ok day I had a couple of things that were not on phase. P3 but I'm not at P3 yet so I can't count that. So my points were 9. I have to second what so many of the other ladies have already said I too am inspired & encouraged to be part of this challenge with you great girls.
BTW lost 1/2 lb next week will be hopefully at least 1 but then again the 1/2 add up to whole's and is better than 0

For 11/8 I came in with an 11 for less than 8 hours sleep [|)]!

It's so great to see the group growing! Not in pounds but in participants. What's helping me is doing the rebounding in the am instead of waiting till later in the day.

Got a 13 for yesterday!! I'm glad you're all doing so well. Welcome to our new challengers!! I'll be checking in w/ everyone tomorrow. I'm way behind the 8-ball today[8]. There are too many things going on this week. After all, opening night is 3 days --count 'em -- 3 days away! This week if you eat on phase you get 4 points for eating on phase. Monday the 8th - Sunday the 14th. Take care.

Hi Ya'll!
I know I am a late starter but Sue said its not "too" late...so I am climbing aboard!
I started FF yesterday for the uh... I don't know how many times...but believing this one is the one that is going to stick! So, here are my numbers for yesterday...

LOL - 1
Dry Skin Brushing - 1
All Cranwater - 2
Staying on Phase - 3
Exercise - 3
Sleeping 8 hours - 1

So my total is 11 for 11/8/04!

I will try to get a aromatherapy bath in tonight...only problem is we just have a regular tub and ALL of me doesn't get covered with water so I have to turn over...I know,I know what a VISUAL...but is that all right and will I get the same effect? Please let me know!

Ok.. I forgot to add the sleep points for the 8th. but [V] I don't get the eating on plan points. Well, folks - I'll be gone until Friday. I thought I'd be available this week, but sadly not. In fact, I'm still at work today, so make that 13 hours here so far today. I'm looking forward to the hottub if and when I get home tonight to alleviate this STRESS!! Which, hasn't helped me stay on plan today either. I knew this was going to be a tough week - today was announcement day of a HUGE merger at our company. Whewweee.. it's been a whirlwind around here. And with no computer access and being in meetings until Friday I can only hope for the best. I needed to get back on with you guys a week or so ago so that I'd be ready for this! Ahh.. well.. I'll report in on Friday for the rest of the week. [:I]
