Actually, I've changed my mind - can I join you? I know I'm one day late, but I'm sure I can make it up This is my birthday weekend so I feel I deserve some extra pampering[8D]

I'm at the office now, but the mere thought of an aromatherapy bath... hmmm... makes me feel calm and relaxed (which is definitely saying something, since I've been in witch overdrive mode the last two days[}][:I]).

So the points are counted daily?

I did it! I got 15 points for Wednesday!!! Didn't think I'd get the bonus for 8 hrs. of sleep since I usually sleep 7 but I went to bed earlier and made it! The bath before bed probably contributed to it.

I had gained 2 pounds over the weekend and they're gone. (I know you're not supposed to weigh every day but I usually do.)

Thanks Jackie for helping to get me back on track. Love your and Jo's webpage. You're both doing great!

Everyone have another great FFing day. (Oh that sounds bad doesn't it? LOL!)

I only get 6 points for yesterday. I stayed on my plan and drank all my cranwater, but I didn't do anything extra. I do get one extra point though for going to bed at 10:00 and getting up at 6:00. That's 8 hours!

Morning all...Checking in from Northern MN (It's actually finally warm here but school started yesterday!)
Bath- 1
Brush- 1
Cranwater- 2
Eating- 3
Exercise- 3
Bonus- 4
Sleep- 1
Total- 15
Been very on and off plan for last week of August (as evidenced by almost 4-lb gain). Yuck. I'm going to avoid the scale for at least 2 weeks. Seems I tend to think I have more leeway to cheat if the weight goes down. I'm in for a 2-week P1 with some extra protein for more exercise. I like those T-Tapp workouts too.
Have a flushing great day everyone.

Morning all. YAWN. ok. slept 11 hours last night. Getting ready for jet lag today.
so , for yestereday, sept 1, i have 15. I would be more than happy to give away aromatherapy tips. i do that all the time. i'll be at my big brothers this weekend for his 60th, ( no, not 600) birthday. i'm not expecting to be able to get a 15 while i'm gone all weekend, specially since he keeps me up all night long talking, and his eating habits, well, we won't go there....
but at least for today, i'm starting out great. I did seven hours of massage yesterday, so i was pretty tired when i got home last night. glad to have the day off today. Im not sure who suggested the music, candle thing, but i do that often in the middle of clients, i'll lay down on the massage table, and listen to some music for about ten min just to wash away the tiredness. also, i spray myself after every client with rose water. ( rose is wonderful for all kinds of things. if you wash you walls of your house in it once a week, its amazing how it clears out energy. about three drops of rose oil to gallon of water. pure rose is very expensive. )
there are several companies that sell amazing products that i use. if you want, i'll put them in for you.
ok. gotta pack and get my lovely daughter over to the HS, its registration day. talk to you all from Philly.

OK, here we go.

Let me preface this that I work at a restaurant and that stress eating is my bigest obstacle. I just mindlessly started eating french fries yesterday, with ranch dressing! [B)] What was I thinking? Other than that I was perfect! [:I]

Cranwater-2
Phase- 0
dry brushing- 1
exercise- 3
bath- 0
sleep- 1

7 points for Sept 1st
