Gym today... 1/2 hr of lower body work... ouch...
1/2 hr of cardio on treadmill arms still sore from Monday weights but only slightly... hope I'll be able to walk tomorrow!! Lisa

30 minutes of kettle bell and 30 minutes of elliptical. I went really fast and high intensity on the elliptical in intervals. Kicked my butt
Maybe my last day of working out this week. Wish me luck with the family visiting. At least I leave town quickly and don't have to hang around too long, negative energy stinks.

1 hour at the gym...
30 minutes treadmill intervals 30 minutes weights (upper body + chin ups work the full body) Good luck mlb with your family visit!!
