Default Working out with iPod/MP3

When I walk and rebound I listen to my iPod. It's strapped to my arm in one of those workout bands. But I wonder if this restricts flow of my lymph system at all? I have to have it pretty tight when I am rebounding...Does anyone know if this is safe or should it be avoided?

Hi Randi! I can't answer your question, sorry. But where did you get your rebounder since you live kind of near me? Wondering if you ordered it on line or got it somewhere in the Phx area. Thanks!

Hey Jill! I just now finally sent you a message.

At first I was using the trampoline in our backyard. I kept my eye on Craigslist for rebounders and finally found one.

It's safe, but probably should be avoided. Lymph flow in the body is a very passive and low pressure function, and one of main reasons for rebounding is to promote that flow. So anything that might impede flow should be avoided.

I use an I-Tune belt which works well and isn't as constricting.

When I use the I Pod touch, I keep it in my hand. I use the pedometer on it that way.

When I want hands free, I use the shuffle, which itself clips right to my sleeve.

I also use the kids nano as well, but again just carry in my hand when I run. I also tuck it into the wasteband of my pants with no problems ever.
