Got up early this morning, did a few more sun salutations, 5 minutes of bouncing. Now I'm really feeling exhausted. Trying to get motivated to do some more cleaning, but WOW am I tired!!!!. Plenty of sleep last night, but maybe the waking up a few minutes early is what's throwing me for a loop!
I hope to continue my walking/hill climbing tonight (if I can get moving by then!) during DS's soccer practice. Hopefully, we won't run into anymore deer! ![]()

Hi All,
Chrystal, I am foggy today too, fell asleep on the couch last nite, so i think the interupted sleep is what did me in today. I have a walk lined up shortly, so I am hoping that's my release from the fog, it's lovely out today. I did more Wii Fit but no running, my calves hurt and are very very tight today, too much ski jumping. I opened a new activity I havent tried it yet, but I have seen it. It's floating up river in a bubble and you lean to make it move and if you touch the sides of the river you pop and have to start over. I look forward to trying that. All about that core ! Any activity over sitting is better than nothing. I gained 2 points for yesterday, so only on 4 but better than a big fat O! I didn't have boat training last nite, but will have it twice next week and the race is saturday and we paddle three races. Whew ! I got a pedometer in a allstate insurance give away bag at the health and wellness festival so I think that I will start to wear that and see how I am doing for the day. Not sure I get enough steps in without my walks. Have a great day girls !

Well! I'd say my day was a success. I managed an 30 minute body ball workout and a 40 minute walk with 12 reps up the hill since my earlier post. With a busy schedule tomorrow, I'll probably only get my sun salutations and bouncing in, so I'm glad I got some good workouts today!
I hope everyone is doing well. CTKim, how many steps did you get in?

Hi girls !
Yesterday was a bomb for exercise, ugh :diablo: Had to go shopping right after work and more errands, ate a late dinner and had to cook last night for a benefit we are all doing today. So needless to say I am off in my points, boo ! I did do some rebounding this am and will see what else I can manage. I am out of work early, so no walk during lunch, keep forgetting my pedo so going to put that on when i get home today to see what I can muster up. Cooking and cleaning should help rack them steps up. So today so far I have 1 more point, so now I have 5 and 30 to go. ![]() Amber, no matter what the age, it's fun to play sports with them. Your journal sounds like lots of fun, maybe I will venture there soon. Chrystal, your right on track with that hill, your butt will be back in no time ! ![]() other than that, moving on Saturday will be nice up here in new england so I hope to be out moving as well. Have a great day everyone !

Hello All:
First, let me say, that while medical claims must not be made here on the Forum- Can you hear me shouting in cyberspace about how eating the FF way... (a sort- of- 2.5 phase)....How the FF plan as helped me be free of the exercise induced hive that have prevented me from moving for 33 years??!! This is nothing short of a miracle for me and I cannot tell you how life changing this FF bonus is! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I got my B-hind moving this week and for the first time in forever I have been able to exercise first thing in the morning. In the past I was barely able to move without a hive outbreak..so I always left the task to the end of the day... that way I could sleep off the reaction, ect. Now, exericise is not a task...but a joyful new morning ritual. Taking it one step and one rebound-bounce at a time is my plan...there are so many new sensations... for example... in the past I did not sweat... I got hives... It may sound bizarre..but I experienced sweat for the first time this week...I was on the treadmill and could feel the moisture from my head to my back... then I could feel the cooling senstation... the FF plan must be healing my liver/lymphatic sytsem to the degree that my skin is not blocked? Probably so much less garbage and toxcity coming through... Here's to miracles, rituals, and.... new sensations! Best to all- Denise |

Denise, that's GREAT! I'm SOOOOOOOO happy for you! I'm sure you're still "waiting" for the hives, but as time goes on, they'll be a distant memory!

I've had a couple of bad-eating days. I decided to teach myself to knit, thinking it would be a great stress reliever. What was I thinking???? I can't figure out how to purl to save my life and binding off is about to push me over the edge. As a result, I've found myself munching way too much---and on "bad" things, too! First time I've done that since starting FF. So, now, I'm setting down my knitting needles and picking up my strength ball to work off some of this tension.
Knitting! Sheesh!!!
