Default Lab Work Done

Here Goes:
Had my labs done this morning and got my results. Just going over some highlights as related to liver function, after all the liver is key, along with a few others.
AST: 22 (5-37 is normal range)
ALT: 49 (7-65 is normal range)
Bilirubin: 0.51 (0.20-1.00 is normal range)
Creatinine: 0.70 (0.60-1.3 is normal range)
Albumin: 3.9 (3.4-5.0 is normal range)
Cholesterol: 142 (<200)
Triglycerides: 33 (<150)
HDL: 70 (41-59 normal range)
LDL: 65 (<130)
TSH: 1.885 (0.358-3.740) normal range)

Now here's where it gets tricky and a bit confusion:
Estradiol: 163 I'm on day 24 of my cycle, so I don't know what part of the cycle I'm in, if it's luteal? Then the FSH: 3.1 (Found on the intenet the normal range is 3-20?)
I looked on the internet for normals in these two and the range is variable.
Overall I am pleased. Just not sure where I'm at yet in regard to perimenopause.

Hi WMN Great looking Labs! According to my chart (and I don't know your age) an Estradiol level of 163 puts you above the norm (Luteal Phase 50 - 150.) Not sure whether that is good or bad...

WMN:
Good labs...your cholesterol is a tad bit low and since it makes stress hormones, adequate cholesterol is a "must." If I were you, I would double up on more liver support. My picks: Liver - Lovin' Formula and even Weight Loss Formula, which helps the liver metabolize fats better. I like the L-Taurine in Liver-Lovin' very much

Thanks to both Mandy and ALG for responding. Will look into the Liver-Lovin'.
