Question After 5 day HMB

I am on my 5th day of HMB and found it an easy, healthy and energizing way to shed few pounds. I have lost 5 pounds, feel great and have 5 more pounds to loose. How often can I use HBM - once per month, or more often? I did not find this mentioned in the book. Since this is a calorie restriction diet, I would like to be careful and not overdo it.

Once a month until you reach goal weight would be fine

Thank you so much for the quick reply and the support.
I have finished 5 day HMB and lost 6 pounds. It certainly helped to get back on track without too much effort. I am looking forward to using this 5 day diet after a month.
