Yes, I am using the Body Protein Powder. It's just not satiating my hunger for very long. My theory is that my stomach is telling my brain that I'm trying to trick it with non-solid food and is rebelling.

And it's trying to punish me for not chewing. No seriously, I've always had this problem with smoothies, they just don't do it for me. I had hoped that the Body Protein would be different for me. I'll keep trying to mix it up though and try them at different times and perhaps accompany with some veggie stix or something. Wish I had the same luck as others with 4 whole hours or being full. It's not that I mind the feeling of hunger so much, it's more that I can't concentrate when I'm famished. Another thought is to perhaps ease into it with trying just 1 shake a day instead of 2?
