What to do if you have a setback?
Hi, I was in my 1st week of Smoothie Shakedown last week, and was doing great! Then the football party came and I went overboard for 2 days on sweets and starches. I can tell my body must be finetuned, because it responded with 6 extra pounds literally overnight.
I continued with Smoothie Shakedown this week, but the scale isn't budging.
Should I continue with another week of SS next week, or should I go to Phase 1? Or maybe something else? Fast track Detox?
Thanks for the advice. By the way, this has been a valuable lesson to stay strong and focused, and I have recommitted myself to strong willpower to conquer these 6 lbs gained and also to lose another 5 lbs to be at my goal weight of 130.
