Day 2
Day 2 for me.
So far I got up earlier. Had my breakfast,supplements,LLC, and LW.
My lunch was filling and I'm sticking to it. Didn't even want to taste what I made for my husband at lunch time.(I usually do ) Drinking lots and lots of water.
I feel good; I put on a blouse that showed less bulges in the back
so something is going right.Today is my day off from work. I will clean my whole house. Its a workout going up and down the stairs all day.Fat Flushing rocks !!!!!!
