Just a quick question. I hadn't realised that us brits use a different measurement of body weight. We use stones and pounds - 14 lb make a stone. So when I see your numbers eg. 150, what is that measured in? 1bs? And what does that equate to in brit weight?
Just enquiring - being nosy really as to how much people are losing!
