Hi! Yes, I am eating dairy and I now know I shouldn't be... but a few months ago I wasn't and the cellulite was the same. I really can't say it has increased since I started having dairy. For dairy I eat lowfat, low sodium cottage cheese, plain non-fat yogurt and soy slender soy milk... I guess none of this is a good idea?

I did do a more complete search in the forum and found that cranwater and no dairy seems to be mostly recommended. I cannot rebound or do any exercise right now as I injured my calf and ankle running. I love love love to run and I overdid it knowing it was a bad idea....I just got excited with the nice weather and just had to go out to central park! Now I'm paying for it as I've been sedentary for 10 days and am going crazy!

oh, well that was off the main topic. So, no dairy, cranwater, dry brushing...? How about those "almond milk drinks" or soy milk? And any no sugar, no carb, low-sodium sodas, occasionally? (for cellulite that is...)

thanks again!
