Thank you so much for the counsel. Terri I am taking CLA and I believe it to be really helping and I won't stay on Phase One more than 4 weeks and I will definately consider doing everything you all have counseled.

Sue your two cents means quite a bit given your proven success so thank you I will make sure I keep it in mind and rethink how I work the phases. As to life in Germany we are living outside of Kaiserslautern near Ramstein Air Base, we live in the little town of Bann. Were you all here pastoring a church or with the military? We have a lot of friends working with Cadence International over here.

Krysten I will definately listen to my body.

Ok so on with Phase 1 for now and listening to my body... All is well 8 days in and feeling great!
