Debbie and Krysten
Glad to meet you. Glad to know you are both in there and making it work.
Krysten the good news is that your body is melting away maybe a bit slower than when you started but it is melting. Loved your wedding pictures we sail out of Long Beach Harbor anytime we are home.
Debbie, Great Work and great goals I am in there with you. Seems like we are on similar paths.
I started this journey earlier this year when I weighed 280 Pounds. I commute between our office in California and our office in Germany. I spend most of my time in Germany. I lost 23 pounds and then made the mistake taking a group of ladies on a tour through Switzerland, Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic. The trip was not the mistake it was a blast and could have been better, had I stayed on program. The First week I did great staying on program. Did I mention these ladies were big food loving women? I just wanted to enjoy the other foods and I wasn't ready for it I went off program (made the choice to go off program it was very conscious) then things went upside down in our business and I remained off program (you know because with everything else I was facing I at least deserved to eat and drink what I wanted

What a Crock! That's right your business is failing so you might as well kill yourself as well

That was back in July I had lost 23 pounds before that time. I have kept that weight off as I don't really take food over the top (it is the beer and schnitzel that gets me and I avoid both like the Plague). Last week I made the decision that I had been putting off until the New Year to just finish this once and forever.
So I weighed in at 262 and am off with a goal weight of 145 Pounds and I know I can do it. As your signature says Krysten living life day by day and it's choices....
I weighed in this morning at 253 pounds. I know that 9 pounds in a week is great success and I know it is largely due to the fact that my Metabolism is running so high given how heavy I am. I will enjoy it while it lasts and then when it begins to slow down I will enjoy that too as long as I am going down.
My plan is to stay on Phase 1 for a month... then do the one day detox and then go on a modified Phase 2..... I thought about just staying on Phase One for few months but the book discourages that. Do you all have thoughts on the process?
